Meet the Man Behind Stubert Studios

Hello! I’m Stuart, I own Stubert Studios. My passion for music started at a young age, I got my 1st drum kit was I was just 12 years old. ( my neighbours were not so keen !!! )

Music has been a driving force in my life ever since. Over the years I have played many instruments including Drums, Bass, Guitars & Keyboards.

I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the art of playing for the song, not making the song play for me, by this I mean, I will play what the song needs, not just something to show off my talents. A song may just require a simple beat, a straight bass and 1 strumming guitar, so that is what I play.

My Audio mixing started off as a live sound engineer, working with various bands across the south east of The UK. Then I got into the production / mixing side of things & my energy just soared from there. I now ensure that every track I perform on & work on reaches it’s highest potential.

I am a strong believer that no one knows everything & everybody has something to offer as a learning experience. I am constantly searching to learn new things & this drives me everyday.

As I work as a solo professional, this allows me to offer a level of personalized service that larger studios can’t match. I take the time to understand your vision and work closely with you throughout the process, ensuring that the final product is exactly what you envisioned.
